In 2022, Primagaz began its merger with a major international group. To support this transition, developing their teams' English skills became a strategic priority.

The need was clear:
The employees, with diverse profiles — from beginner to intermediate — held very different roles. Each faced their own challenges: speaking more fluently, better understanding foreign colleagues, mastering specific vocabulary. In this context, applying a one-size-fits-all method would have been counterproductive.
