Learning a language, at an airport?
Between emergencies, security firewalls, and the lack of private spaces, it’s far from easy. And yet, that was the challenge EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg gave us in 2017.

Our mission: to make language training possible in a complex and demanding environment. Our response: tailored adaptation, based on 3 key pillars.
1. Maximum flexibility for an unpredictable daily routine
To accommodate shifting schedules and frequent last-minute changes:
- Lessons can be canceled up to 6 hours in advance, offering greater freedom.
- 30- or 45-minute sessions, perfectly suited to available time slots.
2. Compatibility with their tech & security environment
Providing training without disrupting existing systems or compromising security:
- A platform compatible with their firewalls.
- Use of their own video conferencing tool.
- Integration of training sessions into their internal calendar, for seamless tracking.
3. Trainers specialized in the aviation sector
A trainer who understands your field leads to more relevant and fluid interactions. We therefore prioritized trainers familiar with the specific challenges of the airport industry and its cross-functional roles.
Result: strong connections have been formed. Several trainers have now become true points of reference for learners. They have become the expert trainers at EuroAirport.
