Qualified trainers
Our service has been available to companies since 2009. To provide the best possible support for your employees, we have a hand-picked team of professional trainers.
The WEFIT prerequisites are:
- A diploma or certification in language teaching
- Company experience
- Good command of technological tools
- Good organization
- A positive attitude
Our trainers are carefully selected according to several criteria:
- The languages they teach
- Their teaching experience
- Their teaching qualifications
- Their other qualifications (such as a bachelor's or master's degree)
- Other languages they speak
- Their personality
- Their professional experience in the corporate world (for example, in human resources)
To guarantee the quality of our training courses, each trainer follows a rigorous selection process:
- CV analysis
- Pre-selection interview
- Test lesson in real-life conditions
- Full training and support for first lessons using the WEFIT method
- Practice on the platforms to reach complete proficiency.
- Final validation meeting ("Green Light") before going live
Either a university degree in linguistics, or professional certification (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL for English, or equivalent certification for other languages).
A placement test enables us to check the academic level of each trainer. To assess their pedagogical skills, trainers must not only find the correct answer, but also explain why it is correct.

How to choose the right trainer
After the first login, the learner is invited to perform a needs analysis. This enables us to suggest the most suitable trainers, thanks to our algorithm which analyzes 8 criteria: personality, memory type, motivation, etc.
Once the trainers have been selected, the learner can finalize his or her choice with presentation videos. They can also access each trainer's CV.
This needs analysis and matching process has enabled us to be labeled an innovative company by the BP.
